Salt & Olive started as a pop-up dinner series in the founders’ backyard — a wood-burning oven, a chalkboard menu, and a single long table. Two years later we opened our doors five blocks from the sound.

The menu is small on purpose. We cook what looks best at the dock and at the market that morning, then we let the hearth do the talking.
